Göreme is Cappadocia's largest and most central town, built directly among the region's fairy chimney rock formations. Walkability
Very walkable. The town center is compact and mostly flat along the main street, though several cave hotels sit up short, steep lanes or stone staircases cut into the rock. The Open Air Museum is about a 15–20 minute walk uphill from the center.
